Hello Creators! We wanted to thank you so much for submitting to RETHINK & the Edition. We received over 100 pieces in a countless number of mediums. Here is the checklist of all things you need to know moving forward.
Pre Event Checklist
1. Buy Your RETHINK Pass ASAP!
To see your piece & experience the night, you will need to buy your tickets to RETHINK. This will give you access to all student works, a quick dinner, access to our amazing lightning talks & transportation from Waterloo.
2. Double Check Your Name & Social Links - Sunday, March 3rd 11:59 PM
On the RETHINK homepage, we have all creator's names listed under the various categories that their works link to and linked to their social media/portfolio links. Please check that all this info is correct and message our team if it is not. Check Here >>
3. Edit Your Descriptions - Sunday, March 3rd 11:59 PM
We're giving all creators a last chance to review their piece descriptions before 11:59 PM - make sure that you're describing your work, the relationship to RETHINK and why it's important to you!

4. Invite Your friends & family
We have a limited number of tickets for the evening so be sure to invite everyone out for a great evening.
5. Share on Social Media
Post on your stories, pages or anywhere else! This is a great way to create more awareness about the event and increase the impact on creators everywhere.
Showcase Specific Updates
Physical Art Pieces
You will need to bring your piece to the Stratford Campus by Friday, March 8th at 11:30 AM. All pieces can be dropped off with Sheri at the front desk who will lock up the pieces for safe keeping.
Booths

Payment: If you are buying or selling pieces, you will need to set up your own payment method at the event

Setup: Setup will begin at 5:00 PM, this will give your team time to polish your booth before guests arrive at 6:00 PM. In addition, you will be able to enjoy dinner with everyone else! The marketplace will open at 7:00 PM.
Lightning Talks

Update your description in the checklist document to make sure that you're giving a 150 - 200 word description of your talk.

To help you prepare for your talk, you can book a time to go through your talk with our team over the next week - email creatorscollectivesubmissions@gmail.com to arrange the details.

Slides are due on Sunday, March 10th by 11:59 PM

Talks will begin at 7:00 PM on the night of the gallery
