Many artists create within a set of constraints, whether that be the rubric for a school project, a brief from the client, or simply restrictions that you put on yourself to help achieve a specific creative vision. This term, we encouraged artists to unanchor themselves from such rules, becoming adrift in the universe and letting their creative minds take them down new, unexpected paths. As they delve within the unknown and untether themselves, artists reflect on how this newfound sense of freedom has influenced their work. We created this Edition with a monochrome palette for the first time to highlight the various patterns and illustrations, as well as to let the artwork shine.
